Amine Edge & DANCE Blend House, Techno & Soul At The MID!

November 8, 2016

Parisian duo Amine Edge & DANCE will be touching down at the MID on Thursday, December 1 as part of their 7-stop North American tour. RSVP now for no cover charge at!

Following the release of their newest EP, FCK UR OPINION, hip hop/techno hybrid group Amine Edge & DANCE have announced a brief follow-up tour that will visit several of the most active music hubs in the country. First up will be Chicago, where the two’s unique and bass-heavy techno style will be interchanged with groovy hip hop and a healthy serving of straight-up house.

The FCK UR OPINION EP sees Amine Edge joining the heralded team of Loco Dice’s Desolat label for the very first time. Having championed their own CUFF label, which features a wide variety of upcoming talent and several sold-out events at locations in Ibiza and more, the pair is riding the wave into brand new territory.

Ever since 2013, Amine Edge has seen a rapid climb to success due to the acclaim of their productions. From their remix of Frank Ocean’s “Lost” to their sampling of Notorious B.I.G.’s “Going To Heaven With The Goodie-Goodies,” the duo’s work spans a lengthy range of diversity and areas of musical expertise.

With their immense impact in the community and beyond, the two have been able to perform at such iconic venues as Pacha in Ibiza, Ministry of Sound in London, UK festival Creamfields and Canada’s Shambhala.

Listen to Amine Edge & DANCE’s recent hour-long mix below, and prepare yourself for the premiere date of their North American tour at the MID in December!
